PRIVACY POLICY FOR LOGMYVISIT.COM
Logmyvisit.com is the website through which you are asked to "Check-In" to the business who uses our application for Contact Tracing.
Data is only collected when you input information or you request this information is input on your behalf, through the logmyvisit.com application on your smartphone, tablet, or PC. Nothing is installed on your device (smartphone, tablet, or PC) and your movements while on-site or afterward, are not tracked in any way.
Myvisitorlog.com is our marketing website. There is no cross over between these sites.
We collect personal information from you through logmyvisit.com, including information about your:
- name
- contact information (email and phone number)
- location of the business visited and in required by the business, who you met with.
- date and time of your visit
- interactions with us
- if required by the business you visit, you may be asked to confirm other information such as whether you have been unwell etc.
We collect your personal information in order to:
- Contact Trace Visitors
Besides our staff, we may share this information with:
- Government Agencies such as the Department of Health if required by law in order to assist with contact tracing due to COVID-19.
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter your contact details or answer the required questions, the business may be unable to allow you to enter their premises.
We keep your information safe by storing it in encrypted files and only allowing authorized Administrative employees of the business site you visited and/or authorized employees of TimeHub Limited where required to support the business using the Logmyvisit application.
We keep your information for up to two years at which point we and/or the business visited, will securely destroy all data.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information or to have it corrected, please contact the logmyvisit Administrator at the business you visited.
